How Far in Advance Should I Book a Performer?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability of your preferred performer. However, we understand that sometimes events are planned on shorter notice. For rush bookings, we do our best to accommodate requests with as little as 48 hours notice, depending on performer availability. The earlier you book, the better selection you will have and the more time we have to customize your event experience.

How Do You Ensure Performer Professionalism?

All of our performers undergo rigorous vetting, background checks, and comprehensive training before joining our roster. We maintain strict standards for professionalism, punctuality, and performance quality. Our performers are trained in customer service, event etiquette, and safety protocols. We continuously monitor feedback and maintain ongoing communication with our performers to ensure they meet our high standards. Any performer who does not meet our expectations is removed from our roster.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days in advance are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss options. We will work with you to find solutions whenever possible.
